My husband and I have known Traci Powell for 4 years now, and we came across to know Traci through a mutual friend. My husband and have lived in Woodridge Il for 16 years now. We decided to rent our home and we did not have a realtor to assist us with the entire rental process. Through word of mouth we were introduced to Traci Powell and she has been the best person and friend that we could ever meet as we wanted to rent our home. Traci is very professional and very knowledgeable in the real estate industry and we could not be more happy and grateful with the service she has provided to me and my husband. What can I say about Traci Powell of Baird & Warner? She loves the business that she is in and it's not an easy job. I had just returned to the western suburbs of Chicago, after 11 years in Florida. Also, it was about 10 weeks after the passing of my amazing Wife. I certainly wasn't in the mood to house hunt and I wasn't ready for this area's sellers market. I thought that it was the opposite, boy was I wrong! Let me add that Traci was highly recommended by my agent and friend, Alice, in Florida. Let me tell you, you want an agent who listens to you and Traci's a listener. When we were finally able to sit down in person, for the first time, I believe that it may have been for almost 3 hours. We laughed and shed a few tears too. We got to know a little bit about each other. You want an agent who wants what you want but also points out the downsides of what you might want. Often people have a huge wish list that doesn't fit into their budget. Traci is in the uncomfortable position of getting you to stay within your budget and is going to tell you this. After some hunting, together we found what I feel is a good place for me for years to come, a home that checked off most of my needs. Before I close, I'd like to add, that Traci is friendly, kind and, I can tell, is a great Mom. I could go on but people would think that I was her P.R. Man. Traci, Thank You So Much! We thought enjoy our home hunting experience with you Traci from starting out with your patients trying to decide what type of condo we were looking for and where. We started looking in northern suburbs like DesPlaines to MT Prospect. Multi story buildings seemed to be a problem with our dog then you suggested the manor homes one level which we tried a few but something was not right. Then we looked at a place closer to our son and it was in our price range and perfect for us big kitchen with pantry and 2 car garage for my hubby! Traci and I have been friends since high school, so when I knew that my husband and I were going to move, I immediately reached out to her. I know she had moved back to Illinois from Arizona but was hoping that she still had her license in Arizona. I highly recommend her to help anybody with their real estate needs. She is the most down to earth and personable person you’ll ever meet. She has an amazing sense of humor and is completely honest about everything.
